Processing Time: You will receive your exchange within 3-4 business days of the approved exchange request.

Old Item: In order to carry out the exchange the delivery driver must receive the old/ defective item.

Video Verification: To initiate a refund, customers must provide a video showing the item submerged fully in water. This video should be sent via WhatsApp to 1 868 347-3568
Once our team receives and reviews the video, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
